I’ve been debating with myself lately about whether or not I should try to become a wedding photographer (as in market myself as a wedding photographer and make that my primary thing), and I’ve come to a decision: hell no. I’d use a different four-letter word instead of hell but not for this blog. (Hi Mommy, Daddy!)
There are too many things I don’t like about wedding photography. The only reason I even considered it is the potential for a stable income. To be honest, wedding photography annoys me. Not weddings. I’m okay with weddings. But wedding photography, ugh…
Here’s the third Mission Man comic strip, which introduces Freshman Boy to the series. Like Mission Man, he wasn’t created by me. He was another character from MSJ lore that I decided to incorporate into the comic. I think I saw him during a school assembly.
Aiyouweiya was one of my AOL Instant Messenger screennames at the time. I don’t know what it means exactly, but it’s something that a Chinese person sometimes says when something unfortunate happens. (Like if you accidentally kicked the foot of a table with your pinky toe.) And it should be spelled aiyoweiya, without the u.
