The layout is six 11×14″ pages put together, or three 22×14″ spreads. (11×14″ is a standard portfolio size.) I’ll upload the rest probably tomorrow or the day after.

The MacBook Pro so far
Friday, October 12th, 2007So far my MBP has been a wonderful desktop replacement. I used to use a PowerMac G5 and a MacBook, but now it’s just the MacBook Pro. This got rid of a lot of the clutter on my table. Take a look. Click the pic to enlarge.
Yes it is an improvement. Trust me. The downside is I have to unplug a bunch of cables whenever I want to take the MBP somewhere, and I do that pretty often. I got it down to six cables by using a USB hub and daisy chaining my external drives. Check it out.

Ken’s 240SX 1st place

I went to that JDM Theory car meet in San Jose a couple days ago. The end of it anyway. I thought it was just gonna be a regular car meet where people stand around, look at each other’s cars, and talk about parts they can’t afford. But it was all that plus booths, “models”, and an entire block of a street was closed off for the event. It was like a mini-HIN.
I looked for Ken and his S14 but he and the others had already left for Pepper Lunch in Milpitas, so I went and met them there. The food sucked. And why do their napkins say El Rancho Steak House??
