And if he was to apologize, personally I don't think it needs to be public. The only people he needs to apologize to are those girls, and who knows maybe he already did. I don't feel he owes the public an apology. In fact the public owes him a big thank you. But anyway, I do agree that the video was probably made to ward off, or at least soften, impending lawsuits.
