For example, that drain in the floor, at your two o'clock when standing as you are in the pic. Plug it with something that will seal it, like putty that you can remove. Try also plugging the sink drain. It makes sense that if bugs can crawl out a drain into a sink, so could stink. Does that toilet have a tank, or is it pressurized? Look in the tank. A cobra may be in there crapping in the water. Be careful. Try plugging holes through which odors can travel.
