Day 196: I got a bike

After spend­ing half a year in China, I fi­nally got a bi­cy­cle. I got an en­try level moun­tain bike from Shanghai Bicycle Rental near Xintiandi. The shop, which just opened last month, has an English-​​speaking staff and the owner, Billion (yes his name is Billion), is the most laid-​​back guy you’ll ever meet. Seriously, go take a look. He’s fun to watch.

Day 195: Cold Fairyland awesome

A cou­ple hot chicks and I watched Shanghainese band Cold Fairyland (冷酷仙境) per­form last Friday night. Great show! Later we even got au­to­graphs when the band co­in­ci­den­tally showed up at the same bar we were at and sat at the ta­ble next to ours. They were re­ally nice.

上礼拜五晚上我和两只热小鸡去看冷酷仙境(Cold Fairyland)的表演. 好show! Later我们刚好去一样的酒吧, 就根他们要亲笔签名. 他们很nice.

Shanghai’s Sex Museum is a lit­tle hard to find. I don’t have an ad­dress for it, but it’s at the end of the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel on the Pudong side. I don’t have an ad­dress for the tun­nel ei­ther, but it’s near the Oriental Pearl Tower. I don’t have an ad­dress for the tower ei­ther, but it’s that gi­ant nee­dle with pink balls on it. You can’t miss it.

Day 187: “Make Jady Happy” pics

On a whim, Karl or­ga­nized a party and bril­liantly gave it the ti­tle “MAKE JADY HAPPY”. Anyone who didn’t want to hurt the big baby’s feel­ings had to at­tend, and a big sup­port group for Jady showed up last night at C’s. (Josephine didn’t come. You know what that means.)
